Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry is not returnable. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to daily gold price fluctuations. GST/HST paid on your order will be fully refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will cover shipping costs for returns.
